Workshop on Trust and Justice at Khmer Rouge Tributnal
Mr. SOURN SEREY RATHA, & Dr. Ung Nicole, President of Alliance for Free Cambodia met to discuss on the key of Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia with Mr. GARETH EVENS AO QC, former Foreign Minister of Autralia and one of former founder for Paris Peace Agreement 23rd October 1991, at the building of UN center for shcolarship in Wahsington DC of United State of America, on 28th October 2008. 
Mr. SOURN SEREY RATHA speech to Cambodian Community during the 17th aniversary of Paris Peace Agreement 23rd October 1991 – 23 rd October 2008, on 26th October 2008 in Washington DC of United State and launching the campaign of One Million Thumb Prints that will be filed submitte to UNSC, request to address border conflict between Cambodia with its neighboring countries. 
Mr. SOURN SEREY RATHA speech to Cambodian community from Stockton, Sacramento, Modesto, Aokland and Fresno, at the Cambodian Buddist Temple in Stockton of California Sate on 2nd November 2008 during the Buddist Ceremony to pray for Cambodian Soldier whose sacrified in Preah Vihear to defense Cambodia sovereinty and Cambodia territorial integrity at Preah Vihea Province, border Khmer-Thai. 
Mr. SOURN SEREY RATHA attended in Buddist ceremony with Cambodian community in Minnesota State on 8th November 2008, to pray for Cambodian soldier whose sacrified to defense Cambodia sovereinty and Cambodia territorial integrity at Preah Vihea Province, border Khmer-Thai. 
Mr. SOURN SEREY RATHA received gift (Sollar Cooker) from Mr. Michael D. Port, an Executive Director of America Sollar Society during visit the office of America Sollar Society in Minnesota State.
